Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, accessing, or using ReviewsHunter ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, medical clinic, restaurant, or other commercial entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

ReviewsHunter provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools including smart review routing funnels, SMS/WhatsApp dispatchers, dynamic QR code generators, and negative review vault management designed to protect and enhance online business reputation.

Free Trial: New tenants are granted a 7-day complimentary full-featured trial upon registration. No credit card is charged during the trial period.

Pro Subscription ($39/mo): Following the free trial or upon immediate upgrade, access to continuous negative review interception, unlimited QR downloads, and SMS routing requires an active subscription of $39.00 USD per month processed securely via Lemon Squeezy.

Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your prepaid billing period. Due to immediate software provisioning, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

ReviewsHunter is architected to respect customer freedom of expression and comply with standard consumer review guidelines:

• Every customer is provided an authentic opportunity to submit their rating and voice grievances.
• Satisfied customers (4 & 5 stars) are provided a seamless 1-tap redirect link to your official Google Business Profile.
• Dissatisfied customers (1, 2, & 3 stars) are provided a dedicated internal resolution form to allow the business owner to rectify issues privately.
• You agree not to use the Service for deceptive practices, fraudulent review manipulation, or unauthorized third-party harassment.

Your Data: You retain complete ownership of all customer feedback, internal notes, resolution logs, and business branding assets generated inside your ReviewsHunter vault.

Zero-Exposure BFF Architecture: We enforce strict Backend-For-Frontend (BFF) network isolation, encryption at rest via MongoDB Atlas, and parameterized SQL/NoSQL firewalls to ensure your customer records are never exposed to public internet crawlers.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the ReviewsHunter platform or BFF proxy.
• Use the SMS or WhatsApp dispatch engine to broadcast unsolicited spam, defamatory messages, or illicit advertising.
• Impersonate any local business, medical practitioner, or Google entity without verified legal authorization.
• Circumvent API rate limits, DDoS defenses, or subscription trial gates.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in material violation of these terms immediately.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis with a target 99.9% uptime SLA. While we make every commercially reasonable effort to ensure continuous operations, ReviewsHunter is not liable for third-party service outages (e.g., Google Maps API updates, carrier SMS delivery delays, or network latency).

In no event shall ReviewsHunter or its parent entities be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits or business reputation disputes.
